Harun gets Abul Fazal Award

Writer Harun-or-Rashid has been awarded 'Professor Abul Fazal Award 2009' for his contribution to Bangla literature. In 2008, he won World Museum Memorial Foundation Award for his works on literature, environment and economy, says a press release.
Rashid has about 20 research-based books to his credit. He has been involved in writing for over two decades. He is a life-member of Bangla Academy and Bangladesh Asiatic Society.
