Hasan Mahmud nominated Brussels-based institute\\\'s board member

Awami League's publicity and publication secretary Dr Hasan Mahmud has been nominated as an academic board member and teaching fellow at European Institute of International and Development Studies. He received a letter regarding this matter from the Brussels-based institute during his visit to Belgium on the first week of this month. Hasan Mahmud, also a former environment and forest minister, got his postgraduate degree on International Politics from the above mentioned institution in 1995. Later, he got his PhD degree on Environment Science from University of Limburg (ULB), Belgium, and another postgraduate degree on Human Ecology from Vrije University. Hasan Mahmud has also delivered speech on Environment Science as invited speaker at Melbourne University, Harvard University and Cornell University, according to a news agency.
