Hasina back home

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina returned home Wednesday from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) after a four-day official visit to the oil-rich nation.
An Ethiad Airways flight carrying the Prime Minister and her entourage members landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 4.10 pm.
Finance Minister Abul Maal Abdul Muhith, Deputy Leader of the Jatiya Sangsad Syeda Sajeda Chowdhury, Agriculture Minister Matia Chowdhury, LGRD and Cooperatives Minister Syed Ashraful Islam, Information Minister
Abul Kalam Azad, Adviser to the Prime Minister HT Imam, cabinet secretary, chiefs of three services, the dean of the diplomatic corps and high civil and military officials were present at the airport to receive the Prime Minister.
During her busy schedule in Abu Dhabi, Hasina addressed the inaugural session of the 4th World Future Energy Summit (WFES) 2011 where she called upon all to work together to achieve a carbon-free world discarding self-centred and shortsighted interests.
She held a bilateral meeting with her UAE counterpart Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum on the sidelines of the summit.
UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari also met the Prime Minister. She also held a formal meeting with Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
