Hasina shocked at Prof Salahuddin\\\'s demise

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Sunday expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of National Professor Salahuddin Ahmed. In a condolence message, she recalled the contributions of Prof Salahuddin for the flourishing of education and in setting up the Bangabandhu Memorial Museum. She also conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members. Meanwhile, the Prime Minister visited the residence of Prof Salahuddin Ahmed in city’s Banani in the morning. She stayed there sometime and consoled the family members, according to UNB.
