Hasina takes treatment for her ears in Florida

Awami League president Sheikh Hasina flew to Toronto, Canada, Thursday morning after having treatment for her damaged ears in Orlando, Florida, in the United States, reports UNB.
Awami League sources in Florida said that ear specialist Dr Michael D House adjusted the hearing aid to her left ear, but the hearing aid for the right ear remained "non-functional".
Hasina arrived at Toronto Airport at 9:45am (BST) where she was received by her daughter Saima Wajed Putul and sister Sheikh Rehana.
Son-in-law Mashrur Hossain, Toronto Awami League leader Sarwar Hossain, Bangladesh Deputy High Commissioner Masud Mahmud and Canadian government official Liz Hethering were present.
The sources said Hasina may stay with her daughter for a week.
