Hasina visits Saudi Arabia Apr 20

Prime Minister (PM) Sheikh Hasina will leave for Saudi Arabia on April 20 on a four-day official visit when she will meet Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz al Saud and perform Umrah hajj, officials said here Sunday. The PM would meet with the Saudi King on April 21 to discuss various issues of mutual interest. This will be Hasina's first trip abroad after assuming office of the Prime Minister. She will perform Umrah Hajj at Makkah and offer fateha at the holy Rouza Mubarak of Prophet Muhammad (SM) at Madinah. Foreign Minister Dipu Moni is likely to accompany her. — UNB
