\\\'Hate Pillar\\\' in UZs for the anti-liberation elements

The liberation war affairs minister has said a ‘hate pillar’ will be erected in every Upazila (UZ) to show hatred to the elements who opposed the nation’s War of Liberation. AKM Mozammel Haque said: "The Bengalis will show hatred to the ‘Razakars’ by throwing shoes on the hate pillars.” He made the remarks while addressing a programme at Damurhuda Upazila in Chuadanga district. Those who opposed independence from Pakistan in 1971 are against Bangladesh’s existence, he added, according to a news agency.
