Hatil opens showroom in Canada

Furniture major HATIL Complex Ltd. announced its second international presence in Toronto, Canada.
The single-brand HATIL showroom was inaugurated recently at 1261 Kennedy Road, Toronto. The expansion of HATIL into Canadian market after proud presence in Sydney, Australia in 2013 is amongst the most important successes our local companies have achieved so far in global arena.
The 6000 sft store area will be used as both the display centre and warehouse of HATIL furniture. There are ample spaces for car parking as well.
It's a milestone in the history of furniture industry of Bangladesh that a Bangladeshi brand crosses the boundary of the sub-continent and goes global. Mr Selim H Rahman, Chairman and Managing Director of HATIL mentioned "our relentless effort to optimize quality and design has enabled us to make furniture that are best-in-class, said a press release.
This is just a beginning and the furniture industry as a whole is preparing to capitalize on the huge export market of Bangladeshi furniture abroad".
The franchised HATIL showroom in Canada is showcasing the existing product lines of the company. Mr Moshiur Rahman, Director, Marketing mentioned 'the customer feedback is highly positive and HATIL is planning to open new showrooms in North America and Europe.
