HC bail to Tanvir prevails for SC\\\'s \\\'no order\\\'

The Appellate Division Sunday turned a blind eye to a state plea seeking stay on the High Court (HC)'s interim order that had granted bail to Tanvir Rahman, a killer suspect now in custody, in the journalist couple Sagar Sarwar-Meherun Runi murder case, reports UNB.
Chamber Judge of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court Justice Hasan Foez Siddique passed 'no order' upon a petition moved by the state.
Responding to a petition, an HC division bench on December 2 granted an interim bail to detained Tanvir until submission of the police report over the case.
