HC issues contempt rule against 12 including secys

The High Court (HC) has issued a contempt of court rule against 12 people, including four secretaries, asking them to explain why it should not initiate contempt proceedings against them for ignoring its order. They have been given two weeks to explain. The bench of Justice Mohammad Ashfaqul Islam and Justice Mohammad Ashraful Kamal passed the order on Tuesday. — UNB
