Sending back to jail from hospital
HC order on Khaleda's plea today

The High Court on Sunday fixed today (Monday) to deliver an order on a writ filed challenging the government's decision to send BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia back to jail from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital (BSMMU) and seeking her readmission, reports UNB.
The HC bench of Justice Sheikh Hassan Arif and Justice Rajik Al Jalil fixed the date after hearing on the petition with supplementary information about Khaleda.
Earlier on November 13, the HC fixed November 15 to deliver its order on
the writ.
However, the HC on Thursday asked to submit the supplementary information.
