HC orders to set aside 130 Uttara plots

The High Court (HC) has ordered the government and city developer Rajuk to allocate Uttara Phase III plots after reserving 130 that were previously cancelled by the caretaker government. The bench of justices Shahidul Islam and Syeda Afsan Jahan made the order Wednesday on a petition by Mokhlesur Rahman, Ferdousi Ahmed and 128 others filed at the beginning of this year.
