HC questions BTRC inaction

The High Court has questioned the inaction of the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) authorities to take necessary legal action over illegal recruitment of 29 employees in the organisation.
It issued a rule asking the bodies concerned of the government to explain why the inaction of the BTRC Chairman and others to take necessary legal action in this regard “should not be declared illegal”.
