HC rejects writ on Indian TV channels

The High Court(HC) Tuesday rejected the writ petition seeking a ban on some Indian satellite TV channel programmes being aired in Bangladesh 'as being not pressed'. According to the information, having the government approval and depositing fixed fees in banks, the cable TV operators air Indian TV channel programmes in the country.
