HC rules for compensating victim of botched c-section

The High Court (HC) has issued a rule asking the authorities concerned as to why it shall not pass order to provide compensation to new mother in Barisal for botched c-section, where doctors stitched her womb leaving gauze bandage inside, reports UNB.
The HC division bench of Justice Farah Mahbub and Justice SM Maniruzzaman passed the order after holding hearing on a writ petition filed by Supreme Court lawyer Advocate Jibon Nesa Mukta.
