HDFC to raise Rs 5b via five-year bonds

MUMBAI, July 13 (Reuters): Housing Development Finance Corp is raising five billion rupees via 8.35 per cent, five-year bonds, two sources with direct knowledge of the issue told the reporter Tuesday.
The issue will open on July 19 and will close the same day. Arrangers of the issue include ICICI Securities, Axis Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
