Headmaster dies in Bogra road crash

The headmaster of a government primary school has died in a road accident at Kagil in Bogra district. The deceased was identified as Azizar Rahman, 45, the headmaster of Aman Mihar Government Primary School of Kazipur upazila of Sirajganj district. Sources said Azizar along with the students of his school were going to Swapnapuri in Dinajpur district for a picnic by bus. The bus carrying them went out of order at Kagil on Bogra-Rangpur highway. After getting down from the bus when Azizar Rahman was crossing the road a speeding bus hit him, leaving him dead on the spot on Saturday afternoon. On information, police arrived at the spot but the driver of the killer bus managed to flee, according to UNB.
