Hearing in Moosa\\\'s case in Switzerland Monday

The hearing of a case filed by business tycoon Moosa Bin Shamsher will be held in a Switzerland court on Monday. Tony Blair Associates, a farm established by former prime minister of the United Kingdom Tony Blair, along with three other organisations, is moving for Moosa Bin Shamsher while the Swiss bank has its own lawyers. A bank in Switzerland seized an account of DATCO group chairman Moosa that had US $12 billion abour 7 years ago for irregular transactions. Moosa challenged the decision of the Swiss bank and filed a case against it to release the money from his account at the Swiss bank in the same year (2008). The hearing in the case will be held on June 15, 2015, about 7 years after lodging the complaint, said Moosa’s manpower export office DATCO Limited’s deputy general manager ATM Mahbub Morshed. He said Moosa is expecting to win the case, according to a news agency.
