Helvetia observes 12th founding anniversary

Helvetia Fast Food and Coffee House (Pvt) Limited observed its 12th founding anniversary at its Uttara Outlet in the city Friday, said a press release.
Civil Aviation and Tourism Secretary Shafique Alam Mehdi was present in the founding anniversary programme as the chief guest.
Also present at the function were Helvetia's Chairman Mahmud Hasan and Managing Director M Hanifur Rahman along with other guests and journalists from electronic and print media.
The programme included a brief discussion, raffle draw, dinner and cultural function presented by renowned singer Biplab Sarkar and its team.
On his brief discussion Tourism Secretary Shafique Alam MehdI said the probability of tourism industry in Bangladesh is very bright and the next decade will be for tourism.
The present government has given allout importance to improve this industry, Mr Mehdi said.
Such a restaurant like Helvetia will play a significant role to flourish the country's tourism industry, he added.
First, second and third prizes of the raffle draw were Dhaka-Kuala Lumpur-Dhaka Air Ticket, Walton Refrigerator and Walton 2 1 " Colour TV respectively with 20 prizes.
Earlier, Helvetia launched its raffle draw coupon with its food item including 7.0 per cent discount in the Bangla month of Boishakh on the occasion of its 12th founding anniversary.
