Heroin worth Tk 15m seized at Benapole

BENAPOLE, June 11: Narcotics Control officials Monday seized 1.5kg heroin and arrested three alleged drug lords from Bhaberber village. On receipt of secret information, the officials raided the house of one Selim in the afternoon and seized the heroin worth Tk 15 million (1.5 crore). Selim, Ujjal, and Nazrul - all in early 30s and residents of the area - were arrested. — UNB
