High-profile meeting discuss Buddhist tourists\\\' confce

The Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism of the government of Bangladesh has held a meeting with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and diplomats to discuss how the forthcoming International Buddhist Tourists Circuit Conference can be held successfully. Tourism Minister Rashed Khan Menon, Foreign Minister AH Mahmood Ali, Tourism Secretary Khorshed Alam Chowdhury, CEO of Bangladesh Tourism Board (BTB) Akhtaruzzaman Khan Kabir and diplomats from China, Vietnam, Nepal, Bhutan, India, South Korea and Thailand attended the meeting at the state guesthouse Padma. The two-day international conference titled ‘National Buddhist Workshop and International Buddhist Tourists Circuit Conference’ will be held in the city on October 27 and October 8, according to a news agency.
