High-rises too high for some

A number of high-rise apartments with all modern amenities are now available in the city. Most of these apartments are very expensive and beyond the reach of the low-income group of people. With the passage of time, apartment culture has taken roots and triggered a fierce competition among builders mainly because of mushrooming of small property developers. Since high-rise apartments do put pressure on the existing infrastructure facility, the authorities concerned should look into the matter seriously, so that no one is victimised.
