Hillary likely to visit Bangladesh

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has agreed to visit Bangladesh "at a mutually convenient time", says a foreign ministry statement, reports bdnews24.com.
Hillary agreed to tour Bangladesh when Foreign Minister Dipu Moni invited her on the sidelines of the International Conference on Afghanistan in The Hague of the Netherlands.
"(She) accepted the invitation and said that the visit could be arranged in future at a mutually convenient time for both the governments," said the statement issued Wednesday.
Dipu Moni flew to the Netherlands from the Malaysia's capital Kuala Lumpur to attend the international conference.
She had meetings with Dutch Foreign Minister Maxime Verhagen, Australian Foreign Minister Stephen Smith and Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan, the statement said.
