HIVAIDS training for journalists held in Madaripur

Our CorrespondentbrMADARIPUR, Aug 31 A two-day training for journalists on prevention of HIVAIDS was held at Madaripur Bangabundhu Law College auditorium recently.brMadaripur Police Super Devdas formally inaugurated the training course as the chief gust. Akter Faruk Sahin, bureau chief of The Daily Jugantor, Pulak Chatterjee, bureau chief of The Daily Samakal, Barisal divisional office, imparted training to the journalists. brMd Nizamuddin Ahmed, coordinator and Md Selimullah, programme officer of World Vision, Kalkini Madaripur office, also imparted training.brShasi Kumer, deputy commissioner (DC) Madaripur gave away certificates to the participants. Poura Mayor Nural Alam Choudhury, businessman Kazi Monowar Hossain attended the certificate giving function.
