Hizb-ut Tahrir holds procession in Ctg, four held

CHITTAGONG, July 6 (bdnews24.com): Members of the banned Islamist militant outfit Hizb-ut Tahrir brought out a procession in Chittagong Tuesday.
Police detained four people after the procession, suspecting them to be party members, Kotwali thana Officer in-Charge Gazi Sakhawat Hossain told the news agency.
Witnesses said about 30-40 people, identifying themselves in a banner as Hizb-ut Tahrir party members, took out the procession from Love Lane and ended at the same place only 10 minutes later. They abandoned the banner afterwards.
