HK shares flat at open

Hong Kong shares opened flat on Tuesday as investors take a breather after a recent run-up, with trade quiet after a US holiday kept Wall Street closed at the start of the week. The benchmark Hang Seng Index dipped 10.06 points to 22,953.12 in the first few minutes, according to AFP.
