HK stocks higher at open

Hong Kong shares rose 0.36 per cent on Thursday morning following a rally on Wall Street fuelled by upbeat comments on the US economy by the Federal Reserve. The benchmark Hang Seng Index added 83.20 points to 23,264.92 in the first few minutes of trade, according to AFP.
