HN Ashequr Rahman MP, founder chairman of Meghna Bank, presided over 10th AGM

HN Ashequr Rahman MP, founder chairman of Meghna Bank, presided over the bank's 10th annual general meeting (AGM) on Tuesday. Sohail R K Hussain, managing director and CEO of the bank, SM Rezaur Rahman, chairman of the audit committee, Rehana Ashequr Rahman, chairman of the risk management committee, and Dr Syed Ferhat Anwar, independent director, attended the meeting. At the AGM, shareholders of the bank approved the financial statements for 2022.
