Holcim receives business award

Holcim Bangladesh Ltd, a leading cement company in the country, has received the Financial Mirror-Robintex Business Award 2007-2008 as the best multinational company in cement industry.
The award giving ceremony was held at the China-Bangladesh Friendship Conference Centre in the city recently, said a press release.
Every year the Financial Mirror, a national weekly business tabloid, arranges this ceremony to recognise the eminent business personalities and organisations that carry out excellent performance in their respective fields of business and contribute enormously to the national economic development.
