Holy Ramadan from Monday

The Holy month of Ramadan begins on Monday as the moon was not sighted anywhere in the country on Saturday. The Holy 'Lailatul Qadr' will be observed on the night of July 25. The decision was taken at a meeting of the National Moon Sighting Committee in the conference room of the Islamic Foundation at Baitul Mokarram Complex in the city on Saturday evening. Committee Chairman and Religious Affairs Minister Principal Motiur Rahman presided over the meeting, while other members of the committee were also present, according to a news agency.
