HOMAGE TO BANGABANDHU

Different financial institutions, organisations and government agencies paid tribute to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman by placing wreaths at his portraits at Dhanmondi in Dhaka, at their head offices and other places across the country on Tuesday, marking the National Mourning Day.
They also held various other programmes, such as hoisting of the national flag at half-mast, discussion and prayer session on the occasion.
