Home boss unaware of arrest of ISI agent

State Minister for Home Asaduzzaman Khan on Wednesday said he knows nothing about the arrest of an agent of Pakistan’s intelligence agency by Indian RAW members in Dhaka. “I know nothing yet about it. I read it in the newspapers, I’m looking into the matter,” he said while talking to reporters at the Secretariat. Asked whether the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) of India has the authority to arrest intelligence agent of another country from Bangladesh, Asaduzzaman said, “We’ve a prisoner exchange treaty with India but they’ve no authority to do this,” according to a news agency.
