Hotel Radisson organises food fair

A food fair styled 'Bangladesh Food and Cultural Festival' organised by Radisson Water Garden Hotel Dhaka will begin today (Friday).
The festival will continue until November 23, said a press release.
Since its inception in 2006, Radisson Water Garden Hotel Dhaka has organised various food and cultural festivals.
The festival will take place at the poolside of the hotel and will be open to all.
There will be food stalls representing different regions of Bangladesh along with many local delicacies.
It will be a buffet arrangement and will showcase authentic Bangladeshi cuisine such as 'chatpati', different kinds of 'bhorta' and 'bhaji', 'shutki bhorta', 'korma', 'polao', 'biriani', 'khichuri', 'rosogolla', 'rosomalai', different kinds of 'pitha' such as 'patishapta', 'bhapapitha' and many more.
The festival will offer dinner from 1830 hours to 2230 hours everyday.
Apart from showcasing local food items, a cultural team will also perform in the food-fair to uphold the Bangladeshi culture.
