Housewife beaten by relatives

A housewife was injured by her brother-in-laws in Barguni village of Chitalmari Upazila of Bagerhat Tuesday.Jesmin Akter (25) was admitted to Chitalmari Hospital. Later, she was shifted to Khulna Medical College Hospital in a critical condition.Chitalmari thana said there was a longstanding enmity between Jesmin and in-laws over sharing of money sent by Soleman.On the day of the incident, brother-in-laws detained Jesmin in her room and attacked with sharp weapons. - UNB
