A two-day home loan fair of HSBC begins at Sheraton Hotel today (Friday) to attract the clients willing to buy apartments.
An official of marketing and planning department of the bank said the loans will be given mainly for buying flats at competitively cheaper rates. He also said a total of 26 leading developers company and three home appliance companies are participating in the fair so that customers can easily solve their all problems from a single place.
Home loan scheme of the bank bears only 9.9 per cent interest that is lower than that of other banks, he added.
The fair will continue from 10am to 8pm.
Marking the fair, an inauguration programme will be held at the hotel at 10am.
