HSBC opens CSC at Banashree

The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) Limited in Bangladesh has expanded its network with the opening of a new Customer Service Centre (CSC) at Banashree residential area in the city recently.
The CSC was formally inaugurated by Md Shafquat Hossain, Head of Personal Financial Services of HSBC in Bangladesh.
The Customer Service Centre, located at Plot C/33, Road 1, Block C, Banashree, Dhaka, is equipped to serve customers with an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) enabling 24-hour cash withdrawal facilities. A Customer Service Officer will also be available in the CSC from 9am to 9pm everyday (except government holidays) to assist customers and answer their queries.
With this newly inaugurated CSC, the total number of HSBC CSCs and ATMs in Bangladesh stand at 8 and 33 respectively.
