HSBC opens customer service centre at Mirpur

The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) Limited Bangladesh inaugurated a customer service centre (CSC) at Mirpur in the city Wednesday.
Newly-appointed Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Bangladesh Sanjay Prakash inaugurated the CSC.
Head of Personal Financial Services Md Shafquat Hossain and Head of Marketing and Communications Mustafizur R Khan were also present on the occasion.
This CSC will remain open 7 days a week with a customer service officer, which will enable customers to get information about the bank's products and services from 9am to 9pm except for government holidays.
