HSC examinee abducted

JHALAKATI, Apr 24 (UNB): Farzana Alam Eva, a female HSC examinee, was abducted by miscreants from in front of the Binoykathi exam-centre at Sadar Upazila Thursday.
Witnesses said Eva, daughter of school-teacher Shah Alam Howlader of Kathipara village under Rajapur Upazila after appearing at the day's exam came out of the centre.
All on a sudden terrorist Mohammad Shafique (24), of Syedkathi village along with his 10/12 accomplices came to the spot riding motorcycles and abducted her.
After the incident, frightened Julekha Begum, mother of Eva, fainted. She was later rushed to Barisal Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital.
