Md Zainul Huda joined Islami Insurance Bangladesh Ltd recently as its managing director.
Prior to this new assignment, Huda was the deputy managing director of Karnaphuli Insurance Company Ltd (KICL).
He joined the KICL in 1987 and served the company as manager, senior manager, assistant general manager, deputy general manager, general manager, assistant managing director and deputy managing director.
He obtained his post-graduation in Accounting from Dhaka University and completed CA course in 1982.
Huda possesses long experience in the field of insurance. He started his insurance career in Pragati General Insurance Co Ltd in 1986.
