Huge Pak medicines seized at Dhaka airport

Customs officials seized contraband medicines worth about Tk 20 million at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in the capital Wednesday night.
On a tip-off, the custom officials searched two luggage kept abandoned on the customs lounge around 9:15 pm and recovered the Pakistani medicines.
Sources at the airport said the medicines were brought in from Pakistan via Abu Dhabi by a PIA flight that landed at the airport around 7:40 pm, according to a news agency.
