Human chain formed for holding trial of war criminals

A human chain was formed in front of the Jatiya Press Club in the city Friday demanding the arrest of war criminals, including Golam Azam, before March 26 next, reports BSS.
Bangabandhu Sangskritik Jote organised the human chain.
Leaders of the Sangskritik Jote, including Nasima Akter Labu and Arun Sarker Rana, organising secretary of Krishak League MA Karim, president of Amra Muktijoddhar Santan Sazzad Hossain and president of Ganotantrik League MA Jalil, among others, spoke on the occasion.
They said the people of the country are waiting to see the trial of war criminals.
They urged the government to arrest the war criminals, who committed crimes against humanity during the War of Liberation, for holding their trial immediately.
