Humayun joins ICB as MD

Humayun Kabir joined as Managing Director of Investment Corporation of Bangladesh(ICB) Tuesday, says a press release.
He was the Managing Director of Karmasangsthan Bank prior to join ICB.
He started his career by joining as a Senior Officer in Sonali Bank on 09 July, 1979 and served in different positions in the same organisation up to Deputy General Manager.
He was the President and CEO of Sonali Exchange Co Inc USA (a Sonali Bank subsidiary in US). He served as a General Manager in different commercial banks. He became the Deputy Managing Director of Sonali Bank on 25 July 2005.
He completed his BA (Hons) and MA degree in Economics from the University of Dhaka.
