Husband kills wife in Kurigram

KURIGRAM, Dec 9 (BSS): A housewife was allegedly killed by her husband over family feud at Baburhat village in Vurungamari union under Sadar upazila of the district last night.
The victim was identified as Nazma, 30, daughter of Abdullah of the area. She was the mother of two sons.
Police and family sources said, Nazma had got married twelve years ago with Esahak, 35, son of Sujon Ali of Uttar Vorotchhara village in Sonahat union of the upazila.
Esahak tortured Nazma cruelly. At one stage of the torturing he strangulate her to death and escaped from the scene.
Being informed, police recovered the body this morning and send it to hospital morgue.
