The discussants mulled ways of delivering the improved and high quality hybrid rice seeds of Partex Agro to the farmers efficiently at a competitive price before the start of the season. Efficient delivery of hybrid rice seeds at a competitive price will ensure maximum production of rice which will benefit the farmers, they viewed.
