IAF Chief pays homage to BAF martyrs

The Chief of the Air Staff of Indian Air Force Marshal Rakesh Kumar Singh Bhadauria visited Shikha Anirban (Eternal Flame) at Dhaka Cantonment in Tuesday, reports BSS.
During his visit, he paid homage to the members of the Bangladesh Armed Forces, who sacrificed their lives during the Liberation War in 1971, by placing a wreath at the mausoleum, said an ISPR press release. He also signed visitors' book there.
Indian Air Force Chief Bhadauria is visiting Bangladesh at the invitation of Air Chief Marshal Masihuzzaman Serniabat, the Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force (BAF).
The Chief of the Air Staff of Indian Air Force along with two delegations arrived in thecity Monday, on a five-day official visit.
