IBBL holds annual business confce

The Annual Business and Development Conference-2010 of Khulna and Barisal Zones of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) was held at a local hotel in Khulna Sunday, according to a press release.
IBBL Audit Committee Chairman Md Shahidul Islam inaugurated the conference as the chief guest while its Director ATM Ataur Rahman and Shari'ah Council Member Dr ASM Torikul Islam were the special guests at the function.
IBBL Managing Director M Fariduddin Ahmed presided over the function.
The conference was addressed, among others, by IBBL deputy managing directors Mohammad Abdul Mannan and Md Habibur Rahaman, Executive Vice President and Head of Khulna Zone Md Rafiqul Islam, Executive Vice President and Head of Barisal Zone AKM Harunur Rashid, Senior Vice President Md Shah Alam and Vice President Abu Sayed Md Idris.
The managers of the bank have been advised to adopt up to dated strategies for more advancement and development of the bank by fixing development target for the year 2010.
