IBBL holds board meet

The board of directors meeting of the Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) was held in the city recently.
Chairman of the board of directors of the bank Prof Abu Nasser Muhammad Abduz Zaher presided over the meeting, said a press release.
Foreign and local directors including Dr. Abdulhameed Fouad Al-Khateeb of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Wasim Ahmed of Islamic Development Bank (IDB), Jeddah were present at the meeting.
The meeting evaluated the performance of the bank and expressed satisfaction over the success and progress achieved so far.
The meeting also approved the year plan for 2009 and chalked out five years perspective plan upto 2012 and took some business decision.
