IBBL holds confce of heads of zones, branches

A day-long half-yearly conference of heads of zones and branches under Comilla and Sylhet zones of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) was held recently at Comilla.
IBBL board of directors Vice-Chairman Zainul Abedin inaugurated the conference as the chief guest. Presided over by the bank's Executive President M Fariduddin Ahmad, the conference was addressed, among others, by IBBL Deputy Executive President Mohd Shamsul Haque, Executive Vice President and Head of Comilla zone Md Najibur Rahman and Executive Vice President and Head of Sylhet zone Md Azizur Rahman.
IBBL board of directors vice-chairman, in his speech, said, the bank should be upheld by its employees in such a way that the people can feel that IBBL is a people's bank. He also advised the branch managers to be more careful in complying with the rules of Shariah.
The IBBL executive president advised the executives and officials to improve the bank's client service and to develop their professional quality.
