IBBL holds half-yearly conference

A day-long half-yearly conference of the heads of zones, corporate branches and branches under Dhaka central, south and north zones of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) was concluded in the city Friday, said a press release.
Chairman of the board of directors of the bank Abu Nasser Muhammad Abduz Zaher inaugurated the conference while Executive President M Fariduddin Ahmad presided over it.
Chairman of the executive committee (EC) Mominul Islam Patwary was present at the function as the chief guest.
Executive Vice President and Head of Dhaka Central Zone Md Abul Bashar and Assistant Vice President and Manager of Mohammadpur Krishi Market branch Md Aminur Rahman also addressed the concluding session.
Among others, deputy executive presidents ATM Harun-ur-Rashid Chowdhury, Mohd Shamsul Haque and Md Habibur Rahman were also present at the function.
