IBBL holds Iftar mahfil, discussion in city

A discussion meeting on 'Role of Waqf, Micro Investment, Zakat and Usr for Poverty Alleviation' followed by an iftar mehfil was recently held at different branches of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) in the city.
The branches are Jatrabari, New Market, Mirpur, Dhanmondi, Shyamoli, Cantonment, Mohammadpur Krishi Market, Rampura, Mouchak and foreign exchange .
IBBL Vice-chairman Principal Moulana Zainul Abedin was present in the discussion and Iftar Mahfil as the chief guest at the Jatrabari Branch of the bank with its manager and Vice-president Md Manjurul Islam in the chair.
IBBL Executive Committee Chairman Mominul Islam Patwary was present on the occasion as the chief guest in its Foreign Exchange Branch.
Chaired by IBBL Executive Vice-president and branch incumbent Mohammad Abdul Jalil, the discussion was participated by its Shari'ah Council's Assistant Vice-president Md Shamsuddoha.
IBBL Audit Committee Chairman Kazi Harun-ar-Rashid was present in the discussion and Iftar mahfil as the chief guest in the New Market Branch.
